The Winegard LNA-100 helps pick up channels that your non-amplified antenna alone may not be able to. Additionally, the amplifier minimizes pixelization and drop outs. This Antenna Amplifier is sure to give you the Boost you need.
Features
This Low Noise TV Antenna Amplifier works with any passive/non-amplified antenna. It includes typical gain for VHF(15dB) and UHF(20dB) signals. Not only that, but the Boost amplifier also has a built-in FM trap that attenuates FM signals so it doesn’t interfere with digital TV channels and has a typical noise figure of 1 dB.
Streamline Setup
Following these simple directions will make installation a breeze. Connect the cox running from the antenna to the “ANT/AMP” port of the amplifier. The connect the cable running from the “TV/TUNER” port of the amplifer to the “Antenna In” port on the back of the TV. Plug the mini USB into the “USB PWR” port of the amplifier. Then Power the amplifier by plugging the regular USB into a USB port on the TV or 110 V adapter. If plugging into a 110 V adapter, make sure to plug the adapter into a 110 V outlet. And last, Run a channel scan.
Simple Scan
To run a channel scan just select “Menu” on the remote, then “Channel Setup”. Go to “Antenna” or “Off-Air Mode” or “Auto-scan” depending on your TV. Last of all, select “Channel Search” or “Channel Scan”. Keep in mind that steps to perform a channel scan may vary. If the wording of the TV differs from the options shown, refer to the TV user manual for help. TIP: Running a channel scan is NOT the same as pressing Channel UP/DOWN on your remote.
A True Signal Boost
The Winegard LNA-100 distributes a signal to multiple TVs. Just connect the coax running from the antenna to the “ANT/AMP” port of the amplifier and connect the cable running from the “TV/TUNER” port of the amplifier to a splitter. Then use the provided USB cable to connect the amplifier to power.
