Made from high-impact ABS plastic, this mat is ultra-durable for use in outdoor coops and is easy to clean. Powered at 60 Watts, the chicken mat is thermostatically controlled to only turn on when necessary so you don't have to brave the cold to turn it on yourself! If you want to check if your mat is on and heated, a red indicator light will turn on when the mat is in use. The mat can be mounted vertically or horizontally so your chickens can sit against or on the mat for soothing warmth and comfort. This mat does not radiate heat to warm an entire coop.
