    Description

Elector PSP Chicken Red Mite Lice Fly Beetle Spray 10ml - Makes 1 Gallon (128oz).
This is for 10 ml of Elector PSP concentrate (not the green jug).  Rebottled into a smaller 10ml size, so you don't have to pay for a 0 bottle. 10ml will make 1 gallon of spray, or four to five 1-quart treatments.
Proven to be effective against red mites, northern fowl mites, darkling beetles, hide beetles, house flies (adults and larvae), stable flies, and little house flies. Additionally, some people have reported its effectiveness against lice, and scaly leg mites
**Must be stored in a cool, DARK location until use, as light degrades the active ingredient.
    DIRECTIONS
Thoroughly mix with 1 gallon of water.  (You can add 1/2 of your water and then add the concentrate before filling it up the rest of the way)
When spraying chickens, make sure to get the vent area thoroughly.  It is safe to spray the entire body (just avoid the eyes and nose, and do not dip them in the solution)
    Scaly leg mites:
10 minute soak on the feet and legs.
    Treating the coop for mites:
Spray throughout, including all of the little corners where mites like to hide
Always make sure your solution is thoroughly mixed.  Agitate your bottle/sprayer regularly during treatment.
A copy of the product info/instructions is included as a link. Do not apply anywhere near water or dispose of where it can seep into water.
Poultry veterinarians recommended Elector PSP as the most effective, safest, easiest solution to eradicating mites and lice in your flock with
    NO egg WITHDRAWAL.
Elector is safe for you and your pet chickens. Due to its multiple mechanisms of action, mites and lice do not develop resistance to it.  Elector PSP, in the spinosyn class of insecticides, acts as both a larvicide and an adulticide, killing adults and their nits after ONE application when used properly.
This will treat at least 50 chickens and your coop and run. Treating birds after dark when they have gone to roost is the easiest way to handle the entire flock while minimizing stress and without having to chase anyone.
