Description
This is a hand mixed of my own and it has more than 20 different kinds of herbs, such as alfalfa leaves, basil, catnip, lavender, fennel, lemon balm, marigold, rose pedals, bay leaves, thyme, mint, rosemary, oregano, sage, chick weed, wormwood, yarrow, chamomile…… Each herb benefits its own unique way. To name a few:Basil - anti-inflammatory, rich in protein, riboflavin, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, copper, and zinc
Catnip: relieve anxiety and stress
Chile Peppers: boost metabolism
Cilantro: antioxidant, fungicide, builds strong bones, high in Vitamin A for vision and Vitamin K for blood clotting
Comfrey: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, rich in vitamin C

The herb here is not only used in daily cooking, but in the making of delicious herbal tea for our family.
