This means you can adjust for motocross or TT racing, hard cross-country riding, or flying along the highway.
HATTA “TUNABLE" FORKS — Rugged, hydraulic with complete adjustability. Spring tension can be adjusted with a simple twist of a screwdriver — rigid for cross-country, intermediate or soft for street or highway, 3 full inches of height adjustment. 3-way adjustable fork rake and trail.
5-WAY ADJUSTABLE REAR SHOCKS — Rapidly adjustable for any riding condition.
DOUBLE-LOOP AIRCRAFT TYPE FRAME — The double tubes provide a high degree of rigidity without increasing the weight factor. Far superior to single tube type. Big beefy gussets at all stress points.
ADJUSTABLE FOOT PEGS FOR PROPER WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION. Foot pegs can be adjusted up or down, forward or back, to distribute weight where the rider wants it. Foot shift and foot brake can be installed on either side.
SINGLE CYLINDER, ROTARY DISC VALVE 250cc ENGINE — 24.5 hp at 6,800 rpm. Tremendous low-end torque. We call the 250E our “Secret Weapon for ’71.”
